4 king scallops Prep: 10 mins
6 king prawns
50g flour
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
5g parsley
5g butter (optional)
1 Heat a pan and add the olive oil. Dust the prawns and scallops in seasoned flour, add to the pan, care needs to be taken as sometimes the scallops pop in the olive oil, cook until golden. At this stage add the white wine and lemon juice.
2 The sauce will come together, reduce the heat and add butter. The sauce should be creamy looking, serve immediately with salad garnish.
